The 3N and 4N grades as well as customer-customized products are now being delivered stably.

The customer audits covered four modules: production processes, quality control system, testing capability and batch traceability. Auditing experts verified purity, particle size distribution, particle morphology, dispersibility, sintering activity and batch consistency item by item. The line's process parameter control and full-process quality records met customer requirements, and multiple customers confirmed in their audit feedback that the line is capable of stable volume delivery of high-end powders.

Jingci New Materials focuses on the R&D and production of fine alumina ceramic powders for the semiconductor and aerospace fields.
