1、Assist in overall store operation management: Formulate the overall operation and management strategies for direct-sale stores in accordance with the company’s business objectives. Assist in decomposing annual business goals and formulating medium and short-term operation plans for each store, ensure all stores complete various tasks and business indicators, and conduct monthly and annual business performance analysis.
2、Assist in improving the store operation system: Help establish and optimize a sound store operation management system, optimize the standard operating procedures (SOP) for terminal retail operations and promote their implementation, so as to improve the overall service level and brand influence of physical stores.
3、Management of top domestic retailers: Assist in the development of regional franchised store retailers across China, support daily management, docking and demand alignment with leading domestic retailers, and ensure the stable operation of stores under agency partners.
4、Assist in store human resource management: Be responsible for the recruitment, interview and qualification verification of store staff in franchised outlets. Sort out recruitment standards and interview progress, establish an effective employee evaluation system, identify high-potential talents and design career development paths for them, so as to maintain team stability and long-term vitality.
5、Store sales management: Assist in building store inventory management as well as the full life cycle management system of commodities. Possess category management thinking, and conduct scientific product planning and merchandise management via professional methods.
